Section 1

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and the operator of the jj188 platform ("jj188", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at jj188.cam and all associated services, products, features and content made available therein (collectively, the "Platform" or "Services").

Section 2

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" — The registered user account created by an individual on the Platform, used to access Services, manage funds and place wagers.
• "Balance" — The total funds held within a User's Account at any given time, comprising Real Money Balance and any applicable Bonus Balance separately maintained.
• "Bonus" — Any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback credit or other incentive granted to a User by jj188, subject to specific bonus terms and wagering requirements.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer — the identity verification process requiring Users to submit valid government-issued identification, proof of address (where required) and other supporting documentation as specified by the operator.
• "Platform" — The jj188 website, mobile-optimized interface and all associated software, services and content accessible via jj188.cam.
• "Real Money Balance" — Funds deposited by the User from their own financial resources, excluding any Bonus credits. Real Money Balance is generally withdrawable subject to verification and compliance with these Terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" — A condition attached to a Bonus specifying the total value of qualifying wagers that must be placed before any Bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 25x) applied to the Bonus amount or the combined Bonus plus deposit.
• "Void Bet" — A wager that has been cancelled or annulled, typically due to an event cancellation, data error or rule violation, with the stake returned to the User's Account.
• "Self-Exclusion" — A voluntary restriction mechanism through which a User requests that their Account be suspended for a defined or indefinite period for responsible gambling purposes.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" — Any country, territory or region in which the Platform's Services are legally prohibited, restricted or require specific local licensing not held by the operator.

Section 3

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Platform, registering an Account, making a deposit, placing a wager or using any feature of the Services, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the Privacy Policy available at jj188.cam/privacy-policy, the Responsible Gambling Policy at jj188.cam/responsible-gambling, and any specific Bonus Terms published in connection with individual promotions.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease accessing the Platform and, if applicable, close your Account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

Section 4

Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on jj188, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's applicable license jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not expressly prohibited under applicable law and where you are legally permitted to participate.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director or immediate family member of the jj188 operator or its affiliated entities.
• You are registering solely on your own behalf, as an individual natural person. Corporate account registrations are not permitted.
• You do not hold an existing Account on the Platform, whether active, dormant or previously closed.
• You have not previously been subject to a self-exclusion order on this Platform that remains in effect.
• You have not been excluded from gaming activities by any applicable gaming authority or regulatory body.

Section 5

Account Registration

When registering an Account, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information as requested in the registration form, including a valid username, email address and password. You agree to maintain and promptly update this information if any details change.

5.1 KYC Verification

jj188 is required to perform identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals and, in certain circumstances, before activating full account functionality. Pakistani users will typically be required to submit:

• A valid CNIC (Computerized National Identity Card) — both sides — or a current passport.
• A selfie or liveness check confirming that the person submitting documents matches the identity document.
• Where required: a proof of address document (e.g., a recent bank statement or utility bill issued within the past three months).

All KYC documents must be submitted exclusively through the Platform's secure HTTPS verification portal. Never send sensitive identity documents through unsecured chat applications, email or third-party file-sharing services. Do not alter, obscure, crop or digitally modify documents in any way — submission of fraudulent documentation constitutes a criminal act and will be reported to relevant authorities.

5.2 One Account Policy

Each individual natural person is permitted to hold a maximum of one Account on the Platform. If duplicate Accounts are detected, jj188 reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts, void any bets placed from those Accounts, retain any Bonus funds, and review the status of any pending withdrawals.

5.3 Account Currency

Account currency selection is made during registration. Pakistani users may operate accounts with balances displayed in PKR where that option is available and supported by the operator at the time of registration.

Section 6

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party under any circumstances.

• You must notify jj188 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account or if your credentials have been compromised.
• jj188 will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorized Account access where the cause is attributable to your failure to maintain credential security.
• You may not allow any other person to access or use your Account. All activity conducted through your Account is your responsibility.
• jj188 reserves the right to suspend an Account where unusual activity indicative of unauthorized access, account sharing or fraudulent conduct is detected.

Section 7

Deposits & Withdrawals

7.1 Deposits

All deposits must originate from a payment method or account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply per method and are disclosed in the Platform's cashier section at the time of transaction.

Payment method names referenced in jj188 materials — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are cited as familiar references for Pakistani users only. Their availability on the Platform is not guaranteed and does not constitute endorsement or partnership with jj188.

7.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are subject to successful completion of KYC verification and compliance with all applicable Terms. The following conditions apply:

• Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframe stated in the Platform's withdrawal policy, which may vary by payment method.
• jj188 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal, regardless of previous KYC status.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name that has been previously used to deposit, or as otherwise permitted under the operator's current withdrawal policy.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived solely from Bonus credits are subject to Wagering Requirements before becoming eligible for withdrawal.

7.3 Anti-Money Laundering

jj188 operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) obligations. The operator reserves the right to freeze, delay or decline any transaction where AML/CTF concerns arise, and to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities as required by law.

jj188 may offer various promotional incentives to eligible Users from time to time. Participation in any promotion is voluntary. By claiming a Bonus, you agree to the specific terms and conditions published for that promotion, which supplement and are read alongside these general Terms.

8.1 Wagering Requirements

All Bonuses are subject to Wagering Requirements that must be fully satisfied before any Bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The following illustrative examples are provided for reference — actual requirements are specified per promotion:

8.2 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Systematic exploitation of promotional offers, including but not limited to bonus abuse, matched betting strategies designed to guarantee profit and use of multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, is strictly prohibited.
• Different game types may contribute different percentages towards Wagering Requirements. Refer to individual promotion terms for game contribution rates.
• jj188 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice where practicable.
• Bonuses not claimed within the specified claim window will expire and cannot be reinstated.

Section 9

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, market or game. Users are responsible for understanding the applicable rules before placing any wager.

• Bets are accepted and settled at the operator's sole discretion. jj188 reserves the right to void bets in the event of manifest errors in odds or pricing.
• Minimum and maximum bet amounts are displayed at the time of placement. These limits may be adjusted on a per-account or per-market basis at the operator's discretion.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to real-time data availability. In cases of data latency or connection interruption, bets may be suspended or rejected.

Responsible Gambling

• Loss Limits: Caps on the maximum net loss permitted within a defined period.

• Cool-Off Periods: A temporary restriction on Account access for a period of your choosing (typically 24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: A longer-term or permanent restriction. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the minimum exclusion period expires.

Section 11

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is expressly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering or maintaining more than one Account, whether under your own identity or a false identity.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than legitimate personal recreation and entertainment.
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing or any other financial crime using the Platform.
• Systematic exploitation of bonuses, including bonus abuse, arbitrage strategies and collusion with other Users to circumvent promotional limits.
• Unauthorized use of automated bots, scripts, software or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, modify or otherwise interfere with the Platform's software, servers or data.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where such access is expressly prohibited.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing or any other manipulation of sporting events on which bets are placed.

jj188 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an Account, void all outstanding bets and withhold funds pending investigation where Prohibited Conduct is suspected or detected. Serious violations may be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities.

Section 12

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Platform — including but not limited to the jj188 brand name, logo, website design, software, graphics, text, data feeds, odds compilations and game content — are the exclusive property of jj188 or its licensed content providers.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. Any reproduction, redistribution, modification, public display or commercial exploitation of Platform content is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from jj188.

Section 13

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jj188 and its operators, affiliates, officers, employees and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to access the Platform.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data or gambling winnings attributable to technical failures, service interruptions or errors in odds or game outcomes beyond jj188's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from unauthorized Account access where caused by a User's failure to maintain credential security.
• Any legal consequences arising from a User's participation on the Platform in a jurisdiction where such participation is prohibited or restricted under local law.
• Losses arising from reliance on any information or content published on the Platform for purposes other than entertainment.

Where liability cannot be entirely excluded under applicable law, jj188's total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total Real Money Balance held in your Account at the time the relevant claim arises.

Section 14

Amendments to Terms

jj188 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, reasonable notice will be provided via a notification on the Platform or by email to your registered address where practicable.

Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting support.

Section 15

Suspension & Termination

15.1 Termination by jj188

jj188 may suspend or permanently close an Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where the operator has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The User has breached these Terms or any applicable law.
• The Account has been involved in fraudulent, suspicious or abusive activity.
• Continuing to operate the Account would expose jj188 to regulatory, legal or reputational risk.
• The User is accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.

Upon termination for breach, jj188 reserves the right to withhold any Bonus funds and review the eligibility of Real Money funds pending investigation. Where no breach is established, any verifiable Real Money Balance will be returned to the User via the original deposit method.

15.2 Voluntary Closure by User

You may request Account closure at any time by contacting support via live chat or email. Pending Bonus wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure. Any remaining Real Money Balance will be processed for withdrawal subject to applicable KYC requirements and withdrawal terms.

Section 16

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jj188's operating entity is incorporated and licensed. The operator will disclose the applicable governing jurisdiction in its licensing disclosures as published on the Platform.

Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall first be referred to jj188's customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within a reasonable period, the parties agree to attempt resolution through the Platform's formal complaints procedure, details of which are available from the support team.
